Missing parts
My daughter bought your tank the mini bow five and it came without a power cord for the light it also came without a filter I would like the company to replace these pots for my daughter as she would have brought it back but we didn't realize we were missing pots until we were putting the tank together and she lost her receipt but I do have the box number I do have the IPC code so please can somebody give me a call back thank you Irene

So, I bought a 125-gallon tank that's 6 feet long and when I got home from the store, there was a crack in the frame. I had to spend money to rent a car and get somebody to help me.
Taking time off from my usual day, it altogether took about three hours to get the tank. When I got home, the frame had a crack. I tried to get some kind of idea what to do, so I called. They told me I would have to return it to the store.
I can't do that because it's going to cost me another $300. They claim they cannot send me a bottom frame, which is nonsense considering they can send the aquarium to the store. Overall, I'm not happy. I'm just going to push the tank out by the road because it has no use and they refuse to even meet me halfway.
If I were to return this tank, it would cost me more than the tank cost in the first place. The tank's original price was $600. I'm dissatisfied and not very happy.
Also, I'm mad at the store for selling me a tank with a crack in it. It was Big Al's in Hamilton.

Can't get any customer service. The pump is defective and will not pump.
It worked for about a week. I bought it through Amazon and could not get any service from them either.
It has been a major hassle to try to talk to anybody. I guess the best thing to do is not do business with this company anymore.

Faulty/leaky fish tank
Just filled my tank and woke up and my whole floor was soaked with the water from my tank that I just purchased 3 months ago

I bought an Aqueon SmartClean Power Filter at one of those big box 'Pet' stores. I got home and discovered that the motor impeller assembly was missing.
I called Aqueon Customer Service and left a brief message and my phone number, never expecting to hear from them. To my amazement, I got my call returned within the hour by a very pleasant gentleman who took my information and said he would ship the part out to me. I received the part today and my filter is working perfectly.
Customer service doesn't get any better than this. I shop with confidence knowing Aqueon stands behind their products.

I needed this heater for a hospital tank and it arrived in time but it doesn't *** work. I hope the people who made this heater know they are responsible for the death of my fish and maybe me too.

Just purchased a 55 gallon tank 5 days ago ,got 2 inches of water in it before it started leaking. THANK GOD it wasn't full
I'm 65 yo
Took a while to find a guy who owned a pick up truck and two men to carry this in to my house ,also had to pay for all that. The next day went to fill it n now my front room rug is soaked.
I am also responsible for the damage , I rent . Thanks for all the trouble .

Defective product
24 led light not working. Tech support sent out another transformer/power supply.
Did not fix the problem , i was advised to get my reciept printed out by petco and send it in. The problem is petco cant print my receipt because its been 30 days. Receipts cant be printed past 30 days. Petco manager took a picture of my transaction from the registers computer screen.
I sent that in. Still waiting to hear anything

Overall customer service was fantastic and like I said my take is amazing. I am just disappointed with my lights they keep flickering in and out and flipping from side to side.

! have a 14 inch Flexible Bubble Wand for a 10 gallon Hexigon aquarium. What size Aqueon air pump do I need to purchase?
Product issue
After having the deluxe hood for our 20 gal. aquarium for approximately two years, the fluorescent light burned out.
We replaced the light and within a couple of days, that light burned out. We can see black at one end.
We saw from reading several customer reviews that this is an ongoing issue.
We love the hood and would like to know what can be done in order for us to keep using it with the light feature.
